Shakira was in Morocco for a concert in Rabat so she profited from the occasion to visit Marrakech. Shakira is a very easy-going and friendly person and she tried to explore the old Medina, she went shopping and talked to local people. While walking in the souks of Marrakech, everyone screamed Shakira’s name. Very nice.

Shakira was the star attraction of the Mawazine Festival 2011 in Rabat. This is a very nice annual music festival. I had the chance of going to this festival back in 2009. During the festival in Rabat, Shakira gave a fantastic belly dance performance that the public loved.
