There is in Turkey a dish called Çig Koftem, which are chunks of raw meat mixed with lots of spices and sweet peppers.

There is also the vegetarian version called Dürüm, which is made with bulgur, a very rich and nutritious cereal. There are several restaurante in Istanbul that sell just this dish. It is very good food, fresh and tasty.

Below we have a photo of the food tray called full Menu – 2 people for 8 Liras / 4 euros. Each drink costs 1 Lira / 0.50 cents. I drank Ayran a typical salty yogurt drink from Turkey.
